It takes about 3 minutes and your draft is automatically saved as you go.

Check this quick checklist: 1) Email code: check your spam or promotions folder, or wait 60 seconds and request a new 6-digit code. 2) Required fields: ensure you entered a title, selected a category, chose at least 1 parish, entered a valid WhatsApp number, and added at least 1 photo. 3) Drafts: your progress is automatically saved on this device. If you are still stuck, tap 'Contact Technical Support' below and fill out the form so our technical team can solve it for you via [email protected].

Tap "Post an ad" and select the "Real Estate & Rentals" (🏠) card in Step 2. You can choose: House or Apartment for Rent, House or Apartment for Sale, Land, or Commercial Property. You can optionally specify the number of bedrooms (0 to 20), set the price per month (for rent) or total price (for sale), and operation type. Potential tenants and buyers contact you directly via WhatsApp.

Select "A business" in the ad wizard. You can add your street address, your Google Maps link (so customers can open GPS navigation right to your door), opening hours, and direct contact buttons. Business listings never expire.

Select "An item for sale". You can list phones, clothes, furniture, appliances, materials, homemade food, or vehicles & parts (listed at the end). Set your price (JMD or USD, fixed or negotiable) and item condition (New or Used). Once sold, simply tap "Mark as sold" in your dashboard so it is no longer shown to buyers.

Select "A service" for plumbers, electricians, cleaners, beauty, accounting, catering, and more. Choose all parishes where you can work. Customers contact you directly via WhatsApp or phone. There are no commissions on your jobs.

Select "An event". Enter the start and end dates/times, event venue, and ticket price or indicate if it is free admission. Event listings are automatically hidden the day after the event concludes.

Yes. Posting is 100% free during the launch period. There are no registration fees, no listing costs, and no sales commissions. If anything changes in the future, we will notify all members in advance.

Wait a minute and check your spam or promotions folder. Make sure the email address is spelled correctly. Then tap "Send a new code". If it still does not arrive, fill out our Technical Support form and our team will assist you.

No. You only need your email and a 6-digit code. You can also continue with your Google account. We do not use SMS.

With the WhatsApp or Call buttons on your ad. There are no payments on JamaicaBoard: you agree the job and the price directly with your customer.

Log in to your dashboard with your email and a 6-digit code. Tap "Edit ad" to change anything, any time. To remove your ad and account, tap "Delete my ad": we confirm it is you with a new code sent to your email, and your ad disappears right away.

A clear photo of your work, your team, your property or your storefront. Add 1 to 3 photos; the first one is your cover. You can take them with your phone.

Verified means our team has checked your identity document or TRN. You can request it from your dashboard, in "Get verified".

Customers can leave a 1 to 5 star review with a comment after confirming their email with a 6-digit code. Each email can review an ad once every 90 days. Share your profile link so more customers find you.
